Biography

Herman Goffberg finished third in the AAU 6 miles in 1942 and 1948, and fourth in the 3 miles in 1944. He was third in the 1948 Olympic Trial 10K. He competed for Penn State, the Shanahan Catholic Club and the U.S. Coast Guard.
