Biography

Elene Gok'ieli had the following podium finishes at major championships: 2nd in the 1946 European Championships 80 metres hurdles, 3rd in the 1946 European Championships 4×100 metres Relay (with Yevgeniya Sechenova and the non-Olympians Valentina Fokina and Valentina Vasilyeva). In the 1950 European Championships 80 metres hurdles Gok'ieli finished sixth.

Personal Best: 80H – 11.3 (1949).
