Randy Givens won the 1984 NCAA sprint double while running for [Florida State]. She later won multiple medals representing the US internationally, including gold in the 1983 World University Games and Pan American Games 200, and silvers in the 1983 World University Games 100, 1986 Goodwill Games 4×100, and 1987 Pan-American Games 200.
