James Gilkes won gold in the 200 metres and finished fourth in the 100 metres at the 1975 Pan American Games. At the 1979 Pan American Games he won silver in the 200 metres. Personal Bests: 100 – 10.19 (1978); 200 – 20.14 (1978). |
