Biography

Angel García had the following podium finishes at major championships: 2nd in the 1951 Pan American Games 4×100 metres Relay (with Rafael Fortún, Raúl Mazorra, and the non-Olympian Jesús Farrés). García also finished fifth in the 1951 Pan American Games 400 metres.

Personal Bests: 100 – 11.2 (1948); 200 – 22.11 (1952); 400 – 48.02 (1954).
