Charles Foster was AAU high hurdles champion in 1974 and 1977, and NCAA champion in 1974 for North Carolina Central. He finished third in the 1979 Pan American Games and the inaugural World Cup in 1977. He later returned to his alma mater as a track coach and also worked in sports administration for the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games in 1996. Personal Best: 110H – 13.41 (1976). |
