Biography

Jim Flanigan was in the fourth seat on the Vesper eight at the 1904 Olympics. Flanigan had a very long rowing career, winning several national titles for Vesper, almost always accompanied by his closest rowing companion, Harry DeBaecke. His business was as a restaurant owner in Philadelphia.
