After winning the 1924 National Junior Championships off the 1m board, Dave Fall never succeeded in winning a senior title, although he was the runner-up on numerous occasions. After attending Oregon State, he went on to Stanford and graduated in 1924, being captain of the swim team in his last year. Fall made his living as an attorney specializing in maritime law. Shortly before his death, he had been appointed a judge at a district court in California. |
