Biography

Churchill Ettinger was an accomplished athlete and became an exceptional painter who studied at Columbia and New York, and painted mainly sports scenes. In particular, he worked as an illustrator for the covers of many sports magazines. Since he was a successful outdoor athlete, it increased its visibility. His most famous work should have been the scenes for the film "The White Hell of Piz Palu" from 1929.
