Wanda dos Santos had the following podium finishes at major championships: 2nd in the 1959 Pan American Games 80 metres Hurdles, 3rd in the 1951 Pan American Games Long Jump, 3rd in the 1955 Pan American Games 80 metres Hurdles, 3rd in the 1963 Pan American Games 80 metres Hurdles. She also finished fourth in the 1951 Pan American Games 80 metres Hurdles.
