Biography

Little is known of Karl Dorsey’s sailing career. He sailed with Owen Churchill in 1932 at both the Olympic Trials and the Olympic Games, winning a gold medal in the 8-metre class, while a member of the California Yacht Club. Dorsey was an insurance agent with Pacific Mutual.
