Jack Densham placed third in the AAA 880y in 1900 and in the AAA 440y in finished sixth in 1902 and third in 1906. After turning to the 440y hurdles, Densham ran 57.8 on grass in 1907 to equal the AAA record and won the British Olympic Trials (58.4 metric). He served as President of South London Harriers in 1934-35 and of London AC in 1937. Personal Bests: 440y – 51.2e (1906); 440yH – 57.8 (1907). |
