Biography

Oresto Capuzzo was a member of the strong Italian gymnastics team that won the gold medal at the 1932 Olympics. Although placing 7th in the individual competition, he was the fourth out of five team members. Capuzzo's best apparatus were the rings. In Los Angeles he placed 5th in that event, and in 1939 and 1940 he took the Italian title on the rings.
