Aldo Buttini created sculptures, bas reliefs, busts and monuments. He became known as an appreciated sculptor, and obtained important private and official commissions. He performed many works by Italian and foreign clients (twelve colossal statues Pittsburgh), and participated in major exhibitions and national exhibitions such as the Venice Biennale, the exhibition of the portrait in Florence, the art show sacred of Bergamo and the first exhibition of marble in Carrara. In the later years of his life Buttini taught sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Carrara.
