Biography

While at Southern Call, Joe Bottom won three NCAA freestyle titles and placed sixth in the 100m free at the 1976 Olympics. Despite winning a silver at the 1973 Pan-Am Games and the '76 Olympics, Bottom never won a major domestic championship.
