Biography

Bob Beckus was a horizontal jumper for Compton Junior College and the Los Angeles AC. He was AAU triple jump champion in 1947, and also placed in the long jump at the AAU meet, with 6th in 1947.

Personal Bests: LJ – 7.52 (24-8) (1940); TJ – 14.67 (48-1¾) (1948).
