Biography

Gregorio Aldo Arencibia won gold with the road time trail team (with Roberto Menéndez, Pedro Rodríguez, and the non-Olympian Galio Arbelo) at the 1971 Pan American Games as well as gold in the road race and silver with the road time trail team (with Carlos Cardet, José Prieto, and Roberto Menéndez) at the 1975 Pan American Games. At the 1979 Pan American Games Arencibia was a member of the silver medal winning road time trail team (with Carlos Cardet and the non-Olympians Edilberto Rodríguez and Aníbal Torres).
