It's Brock Hanke again. I hope I'm not driving you mad with all these messages, but the problem I have is not going away. Essentially, the problem is that BB-Ref does not think I have subscribed. However, if I try to subscribe, it insists I enter my login ID, and then tells me that I can't subscribe, because the login ID is "already in use." This, of course, is a circular hellhole. In addition, whenever I login, that login does not survive even one click to another page. Every time I switch pages, the system thinks that I'm not logged in, no matter how many times I've logged in. But I can't subscribe, because my ID is "already in use." Can you fix this for me, or should I just sign up under another ID and subscribe through that one? I would have done that already, except that I doubt that I'm the only person having this problem, so you guys need to know that it's out there.

My email is BJHanke@aol.com. The system seems to know that. It also knows my login ID and password, although it can't remember them from one page to another.
