I would not normally do this, but I am desperate. For the last several days, I have not been able to use any of the features that require the $36 subscription fee. If the fee renewal is due, I'm fine with that, but I can't get the subscription page to work, either. In fact, if I log in to a page, and then navigate to any other page, BB-Ref forgets that I was logged in, and puts up the "login" prompt again, instead of the "logout" one that tells me that I am logged in. No amount of logging in, in any sequence, helps any at all. I've tried for several days now. In fact, I can't even find a normal email address to send this plea for help to, which is why I'm trying this place, which is the wrong place, but might actually get a message through to you. I have absolutely failed to do that in any other way. In any case, could you please fix whatever is wrong with my account, and tell me if there is anything I need to do. My email account is "bjhanke@aol.com."
