I think the sweep tiebreaker applies if one team has swept the other two or one team has lost to the other two.

"2. Head-to-head sweep. (Applicable only if one club has defeated each of the others or if one club has lost to each of the others.)"

It doesn't say anything there about all three clubs having to play each other.

Minnesota loses the head-to-head sweep tiebreaker to Seattle and Tampa Bay, don't they?

And then the process begins anew for Seattle vs. Tampa, which Seattle wins on conference record (4-4 vs. 3-4).
