these aren't official because free agency doesn't start until july 11 ?

They're not official yet but are the most up-to-date knowledge we have yet. For UFA offer sheets I'm listing the offering team and contract, but I know the former team will have the opportunity to match, at which point I'll update the table.

Is Keith Bogans a free agent? I know he was waived by the Nets, but I do not see him on any free agent list. Thanks
